The river Aude has its source in the Pyrénées and runs towards the Mediterranean sea. One can navigate for 170 km of its length in various waters : foaming waters for thrill seekers or quiet waters without any risk for family canoeing.

3 Couiza - Piège à Loup 13 km classe II The most agreeable stage : the crossing of Alet-les-Bains is superb !

4 Piège à Loup - Carcassonne 33,5 km classe I to II Long section to do in 2 stages with a stop at Pomas.
5 Carcassonne - Puichéric 34 km classe I to II Very quiet section without any particular difficulty.
6 Puichéric - Mer Méditéerranée 61 km classe I to III 3 day section with diverse stages.
